Meet the 2026 Summit Speakers

Tirrany Thurmond
Tirrany Thurmond is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), consultant,
and facilitator with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals and
organizations at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and identity. Her work
centers on helping women unlearn perfectionism, burnout, and the pressure to be
everything to everyone. Tirrany facilitates Burning the Cape, a women’s support group
focused on releasing Superwoman narratives and chronic self-deprioritization. She is a
TEDx speaker, has appeared on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Potomac and Revolt
TV’s Black News, and has consulted for organizations including Chick-fil-A, the NCAA,
and Johns Hopkins University.

Jenna Mierzejewski
Jenna Mierzejewski brings a rich background in customer service, training and education, leadership, and organizational development. With extensive experience across these areas, Jenna serves as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, helping organizations navigate change and foster growth. She is passionate about creating environments where employees feel valued and engaged, recognizing that satisfaction and well-being are critical drivers of organizational success.
As a dedicated professional and a proud mom of four, Jenna understands the complexity and the reward of balancing personal and professional commitments. Her ability to show up fully in both spaces reflects her resilience, adaptability, and commitment to meaningful outcomes. Jenna approaches every challenge with curiosity and a growth mindset, striving to make a positive impact on her team, her organization, and her family.

Ijeoma Oparanozie
Ijeoma is a therapist, speaker, and advocate whose work is rooted in connection, compassion, and truth-telling. Guided by a lifelong calling to help others, she supports individuals, couples, families, and caregivers in navigating relationship challenges, emotional pain, and personal growth with a strength-based lens. A central passion of Ijeoma’s work is supporting women in the complex, often invisible labor of mothering. This led her to create MotherIngStincts, a space dedicated to helping mothers, of all kinds, find balance, connection, and self-compassion. Ijeoma believes healing happens through strengthened attachment, effective communication, and the courage to name what we carry. Ijeoma holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Counseling from Lincoln University. She brings experience across diverse settings, including residential treatment, specialized foster care, group therapy, and family-based services. Her clinical work integrates Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychoeducation.

Dr. Adrian Whitmoyer Danby, OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Adrian Whitmoyer Danby, OTD, OTR/L is a graduate of Misericordia University, three times over! She has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist since 2015. Dr. Adrian holds many certifications, including a pediatric certification, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol certification, and microcredentials Cortical Visual Impairment Basics.
In April of 2023, Dr. Adrian opened her private practice, Rooted In Wellness, in Wyomissing, PA. Rooted In Wellness started as a pediatric OT practice, and has since expanded to include pediatric speech therapy, infant feeding therapy, a community space which offers classes, open play times, and a space for parents to connect and learn.
Dr. Adrian is a Berks County native, and resides in the county with her husband, daughter and two dogs. Dr. Adrian is a full time step mom, homeschool mom, and business owner. She enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out in nature, building friendships with others, and learning new things!

Jexsaida Flores
Jexsaida Flores is a Self-Love & Leadership Coach for Working Mothers, a speaker, and the Founder of Fierce LeadHerShip and Sister Circle Collective. She works with high-performing women in corporate roles, leadership positions, and entrepreneurship who are ready to move beyond survival mode and into sustainable self-leadership.
Drawing from her own experience navigating professional roles, entrepreneurship, and family life, Jexsaida understands the pressure many women feel to constantly perform, provide, and push through. Jexsaida bridges emotional wellness, leadership development, and personal growth. Her work focuses on helping women regulate their nervous systems, strengthen self-trust, establish boundaries, and lead their lives with clarity and confidence- without abandoning themselves in the process.
Through coaching, workshops, community spaces, and immersive retreats, she creates experiences where women reconnect to who they are beyond their roles and begin building lives aligned with both their ambition and their well-being. Jexsaida is passionate about helping working mothers redefine success in a way that honors their mental health, leadership capacity, and dreams.
Her mission is simple: to help working mothers build lives that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside.

Samantha Hof, NCC, LAPC
Samantha Hof, NCC, LAPC, is a licensed therapist specializing in maternal and perinatal mental health. Her work centers on offering compassionate support through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. As a working mom of three kiddos, Sam is passionate about helping parents feel understood, supported, and empowered during this deeply transformative season of life.

Stephanie Rodriguez
Stephanie is a faith-driven wife and homeschooling mom of three, born in Puerto Rico and raised in the U.S. After choosing to stay home and raise her children in a Christ-centered environment, she spent years trusting God through seasons of uncertainty, doubt, and ultimately surrender.
In His timing, she found her calling through food, creativity, and hospitality. With her husband’s carpentry skills and a shared leap of faith, she partnered with her daughter to launch a mobile charcuterie/ mini pancake cart to create joyful, grace-filled experiences that bring people together. She named it, The Gracing Cart, after her daughter’s middle name Grace.

Paige Figueroa
Paige Figueroa is a coach, podcaster, and serial entrepreneur with ventures spanning freelance copywriting, college admission essay coaching, and business and mindset coaching. After becoming a mom to twins, Paige left her nine-year career in education to pursue entrepreneurship. Now she helps ambitious women–especially moms–build aligned businesses and expansive lives through identity-based transformation.

Jennifer Stork
Jennifer Stork is a photographer, business owner, and mom of four - in high school, middle school, elementary and a toddler! She has run her photography business since 2007, adapting and reshaping it over the years to support both her career and her family. Her current studio is Berks Headshots in Leesport, PA where she photographs professionals and families —while also juggling her responsibilities as a mom taxi, snack supplier, homework referee, and professional chaos manager.
